Anyone who knows me really well knows that 'Bye Bye Birdie' is my favorite musical of all time. So when, while browsing pictures from Rachel Antonoff's Fall 2012 presentation, I saw this sweatshirt with 'Birdie Forever' printed on it, I just about lost it. It reminded me most of the 1995 TV version (can we bring back Wonderful World of Disney TV movie musicals?) and this clip - in which one of the characters actually wears a 'Birdie Forever' sweatsuit - that I subsequently watched about five times in a row. I don't wear too many sweatshirts, but I'll totally change my ways to channel Kim McAfee or any of her Conrad-crazed friends.
